No, not at TuartHyre. TuartHyre advertises roles and introduces applicants to the employers who offer them. The employer, not TuartHyre, decides hiring, contracts, supervision, work arrangements and pay. Applying does not create employment with TuartHyre or guarantee an offer.
Before applying, go through the whole TuartHyre listing: duties, method of work, engagement, eligibility and conditions. Roles can fill or change during recruitment; when TuartHyre learns of this, the listing is updated or removed. If you spot an error, email careers@tuarthyre.com and name the role.
Tell TuartHyre the truth about yourself, and only apply on another person's behalf when they have asked you to. You must satisfy the role's eligibility and Australian right-to-work conditions before TuartHyre can introduce you. Complete the form, then send TuartHyre HR the WhatsApp message, which only goes once you press Send. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email careers@tuarthyre.com. Before offering anything, the employer behind a TuartHyre listing may ask further questions or arrange an interview.
TuartHyre does not charge applicants at any point: there is no application, placement, admin or training charge and no deposit. TuartHyre is paid by the businesses that advertise. Nobody from TuartHyre will ask you to purchase crypto, add credit to an account, pay to access work or send money to receive wages. Please report any such request involving a TuartHyre role to careers@tuarthyre.com.
Pay for a TuartHyre role is set by its employer and depends on that role's conditions. If TuartHyre ever shows a pay range, it is not a promise of the top amount. TuartHyre suggests asking the employer for written confirmation of its legal name, what you will do, how you are engaged, how pay is worked out, the likely hours and the payment dates, all before you accept. TuartHyre does not guarantee work, a minimum workload or income.
TuartHyre stands behind its own website content and ads, while employers answer for the information they give TuartHyre and their obligations as employers. Where an ad and tuarthyre.com conflict on a material point, TuartHyre investigates and fixes the incorrect one. If you breach these terms, for instance by applying with another person's details without consent, you are responsible for resulting loss that is reasonably foreseeable, unless TuartHyre caused it.
Delays or failures caused by matters outside TuartHyre's reasonable control, including hosting or messaging service outages, are not TuartHyre's responsibility.

Some roles include a short online training provided by the employer or arranged through TuartHyre. The training exists so TuartHyre applicants can learn the work, and it costs them nothing. Even after the TuartHyre training, an offer is up to the employer, who also stays responsible for how the work is carried out.
Yes, you may link to the home page of tuarthyre.com as long as the link does not suggest TuartHyre endorses you or your site. TuartHyre is not responsible for other websites that link to tuarthyre.com, or for sites you reach from a link on tuarthyre.com. These TuartHyre terms follow the law of Western Australia, while any protections the law makes mandatory still apply.
