About TuartHyre

TuartHyre is based in Collie, Western Australia and advertises home-based roles on behalf of employers, then forwards applications to them. TuartHyre is not an employer and does not roster, supervise or pay anyone who applies.

How does TuartHyre earn money?

TuartHyre is funded by employers who pay for advertising and introductions. TuartHyre applicants are never charged for applying or training, and no deposits are ever taken.

Does TuartHyre check employers?

Before a listing goes live, TuartHyre speaks with the employer directly and checks that the listing reflects the information provided.

Limits of those checks

TuartHyre's checks are not audits. TuartHyre does not visit workplaces, examine employer finances or oversee work after a person starts.

No guarantees

No, not at TuartHyre. TuartHyre does not promise employment, a set income, hours or payment timing. TuartHyre recommends getting those terms from the employer in writing before you begin.

Where do TuartHyre's roles come from?

Straight from employers to TuartHyre. TuartHyre does not copy roles from other websites or post roles only to collect contact details.

How can I spot someone misusing TuartHyre's name?

Requests for payment, SMS codes, banking logins or money transfers do not come from TuartHyre. Treat them as impersonation and report them to careers@tuarthyre.com.

What happens to my TuartHyre application?

TuartHyre HR reads it and shares it only with the employer for the role you chose. Your details are not sold by TuartHyre and are not used to market anything to you. Every service involved is listed in the TuartHyre Privacy Policy.

Ads and website consistency

TuartHyre's ads should match tuarthyre.com. Send TuartHyre the ad and it will investigate and correct whichever is wrong.

What do employers agree to with TuartHyre?

Employers listing with TuartHyre agree to describe roles accurately, update TuartHyre quickly when roles fill, provide written terms before work begins and pay their workers themselves. An employer caught asking a TuartHyre applicant to pay anything is taken off the site.

Training

Training attached to roles on tuarthyre.com costs applicants nothing and exists to show how the work is done. TuartHyre does not sell courses, kits or materials, and an employer that makes a purchase a condition of work is taken off tuarthyre.com.

Hours and devices

TuartHyre describes roles as home-based and suitable for a phone based on what employers report. The employer sets the real arrangements; if those differ from what tuarthyre.com says, let TuartHyre know at careers@tuarthyre.com and the listing will be fixed.

How does TuartHyre protect applicants' privacy?

TuartHyre collects only what is needed to handle applications, shares it only with the employer for the chosen role and never sells it. The full details are in the TuartHyre Privacy Policy, including how to access or delete your information.

Use of WhatsApp

TuartHyre uses WhatsApp because it lets applicants get answers quickly. You start the conversation yourself, and TuartHyre does not send unsolicited messages. Email at careers@tuarthyre.com is available for anyone who prefers not to use WhatsApp.
